Return & Cancellation Policy
Returns
We offer a 9-day return policy. Customers may request a return within 9 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for products that are damaged due to misuse, have been used, or are missing original packaging.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5β10 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers may request a return within 9 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
